PROGRAM OF ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT
The Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) serves individuals living with a serious and persistent mental illness. It provides coordinated professional care and treatment in the individual's home or other community setting that includes a broad range of services to meet the individual's unique personal needs.

MY CHOICE WISCONSIN
My Choice Wisconsin is a Wisconsin-based managed care organization with a diverse resource network that provides health services in a variety of different aspects. The BadgerCare Plus program helps individuals who qualify for Medicaid to coordinate their healthcare needs, including prescription medications and a large provider network.

CONNECTIONS COUNSELING
Connections Counseling is a strength based clinic focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals. Personalized treatment programs are rooted in a model of mentoring and giving back to others.

UNITED WAY DANE COUNTY
United Way is organization committed to making significant changes in communities around Dane County with a goal of providing access to affordable, accessible and culturally-safe health care. They provide individual counseling, group counseling, intensive outpatient programs, college student-specific programming, psychiatric care, trauma therapy, interventions, a mentorship program, and more.

STUDENT ORIENTATION, ADVISING, AND REGISTRATION (SOAR)
SOAR is a UW-Madison program aimed at incoming freshmen and other underclassmen with the goal of providing a seamless transition into college and student life. SOAR provides resources to learn about campus, and opportunities to connect with staff and peers.
