I say this at the end of each and every day.
Life is a roller coaster of emotions, one day you're on top of the world and the next you're at the bottom of the ocean.
Some days you're happy, others you're sad.
One minute you don't care, the next you're down bad.
If you're feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, here are some things to make yourself feel swoler.
Embrace the gym, library, instrument, and friends.
Think about your past traumas and mistakes and try to make amends.
At the end of the day, try to do right by others, and you'll find that any regrets are all but smothered.
